How to use the peptide calculator

The calculator turns three label values into concentration, liquid volume, and U-100 syringe units. Follow these steps and check each entry before using the result.

Step 1: Choose the syringe size

Choose 0.3 mL, 0.5 mL, or 1.0 mL. The calculator uses the U-100 scale, where 100 units equals 1 mL.

Step 2: Enter the amount in the vial

Enter the total peptide amount in milligrams (mg) as shown on the vial label.

Step 3: Enter the BAC water volume

Enter the amount of bacteriostatic water added to the vial in milliliters (mL).

Step 4: Enter the target dose

Enter the target in micrograms (mcg) or milligrams (mg). One milligram equals 1,000 micrograms. The calculator uses this value for math only. It does not choose a dose for you.

Step 5: Check the result

Math: 10 mg ÷ 2 mL = 5 mg/mL. Then 250 mcg ÷ 5,000 mcg/mL = 0.05 mL. On a U-100 syringe, 0.05 mL equals 5 units.

How to calculate peptide dosage in syringe units

A U-100 syringe contains 100 units per milliliter. After the calculator finds the draw volume in milliliters, multiply that number by 100 to get the matching syringe units. Syringe units measure liquid volume, not peptide weight, so the amount in each unit depends on the vial concentration.

Syringe units measure volume, not peptide weight. The same number of units can contain a different dose when the vial concentration changes.

Weight and volume are different

Milligrams and micrograms measure peptide weight. Milliliters and syringe units measure liquid volume. Concentration links the two. That is why the same syringe-unit mark can hold a different amount when the vial or water amount changes.
